Joining a welcoming retail brand, as the Administrator, you will be an integral part of the marketing team and responsible for coordination the launch of new products, ensuring a right first-time approach to new product launches.

Description

The Administrator is a varied role, where you will be able to showcase your outstanding organisations sklls and ability to work well in a fast paced environment.

With the support of your manager, you will be assisting in the co-ordination of product launches for their amazing products.

You will be collaborating wth the wider business, and so you will be a confident communicator who loves working with a wide range of stakeholders.

As a snapshot of your role, duties will include :

  • Creation of costing specification for the commercial team
  • Co - ordinating with Key internal stake holders to make sure new product is photographed, has copy created, start and end dates agreed, prepare sales forecasted and ordered within suitable deadlines.
  • Organisation of samples and prepared for photography.
  • Creating new products on the website. (Including: Sku set up, inputting copy, inputting stem information, uploading processed images, setting delivery methods, attributing add-ons and start and end dates.)
  • Creating packing and production specification sheets to make sure the operations staff clearly understand the product and customer experience.
  • Assist in liaising with Suppliers and Designers
  • Assist Launch Meetings to check all Key Stake holders are on track.
  • Assist the presentation and introduction of new product to the operations team.
  • Maintain the website product admin.
  • Capture insights from our competitors, understanding what products are being offered and at what prices.
  • Periodically conducting competitor research and produce a review of findings.
  • Maintain awareness of trends in the UK and international markets.
  • Working with customer support and always be aware of customer

Profile

You will be an experienced Administrator, who prides yourself on your outstanding organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
