A leading Private Equity firm is looking for a proactive, driven and ambitious individual to take the helm in a varied role.

As an Executive Assistant or Coordinator, you will be the nucleus and organiser for the Managing Directors, Director and the wider team to ensure the smooth running of their day.

If you are an Assistant with experience ideally within Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Investment Banking or similar, and are looking for a move into a great firm with a strong internal culture, where you will be an integral part of the team, please do apply.

As an Executive Assistant Coordinator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage diary and scheduling across multiple time zones  
  • Manage day-to-day communications as the main point of contact for internal and external clients  
  • Organise travel and produce itineraries as necessary  
  • Prepare and marking complex documentation in a timely manner 
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Coordinating meetings
The firm are looking for an Executive Assistant who as recruitment or coordinator experience, especially within an investment firm.

This Assistant role is perfect for you if you are deeply organised, thrive in a fast moving, high expectation environment, as well as being an efficient and a self-motivator.

Initially, a 3-month on-going assignment, with a potential to become permanent if you impress in this role.

 4 days in office, 1 day from home.
