Job Title: Database Administrator
Location:London
Key Responsibilities
*Managing lead flow from key Flex channels by logging each lead into a centralized database.
*Managing the internal lead/transaction management database and ensuring it is kept up to date and accurate.
*Registering leads with Operator/Landlord clients and providing updates on these requirements where necessary.
*Performing lead duplication checks.
*Coordinating with leasing agents on the statuses of their leads.
*Liaising with key channels to ensure all Flex listings are kept up to date and accurate.
*Arranging tour appointments where necessary.
*General administrative duties.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications
*Computer literate including Outlook and Excel.
*Excellent communication skills.
*A determined and organised approach.
*Attention to detail.
*To have a confident and polite phone manner

*Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
*Accurate and excellent attention to detail.
*Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
*Confident.
*Flexible approach to work.
