One of the world’s best and most prolific advertising agencies is recruiting a Front of House Manager.
You will be the driving force behind the Reception and Front of House team, committed to ensuring best in class service, delivery and communication to clients, guests and visitors.
Paying high attention to detail regarding the brand and vision at every touch point, you will be responsible for the smooth running of Front of House, and managing the Receptionists and Front of House Co-ordinators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Reception team including their performance, training and development.
- Meet and greet all clients, guests and staff: professional/warm/welcoming and recognising regular clients & guests
- Manage Reception/Front of House area – maintain a slick Reception area and understand the importance of first impressions.
- Telephone System: ensure all calls are answered promptly and in a warm/friendly/polite manner, also ensuring the utmost level of confidentiality.
- Manage all internal and external client meetings including booking/confirming and re-arranging rooms as necessary; booking in set-up and clear-down times
- Arrange all catering and refreshments required for both on and off-site meetings.
- Work closely with New Business team to ensure all VIP, pitch meetings and presentations are set up on time and with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage all client and staff travel.
- Updating the telephone list weekly – adding new starters and removing leavers so it’s always accurate.
- Ad hoc wider team support as and when required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Prior team/line management experience
- ‘Concierge’ level of attention to detail and presentation, world class customer service & client focus
- Dynamic personality with a strong work ethic & bias to action
- Strong interpersonal skills, including good communication skills – articulate, confident, positive, upbeat, calm, polite, professional, warm, friendly, welcoming & attentive
- A demonstrated ability of always leading by example
- Strong problem solver
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and great follow through on tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and with strong numeracy skills
