We are looking for a wonderful Team EA from a financial services background to support a high level investment team of 4, along with their Investment Managing Director.

The role will be super-fast paced, with a real emphasis on quality, and the team will be welcoming and supportive, as well as fun! They are looking for a collaborative, open, and confident Team EA who can hit the ground running and really make a positive impact on their already vibrant culture.

THE ROLE

• Busy diary management for the Managing Director
• Travel arrangements for all 5 team members – including VISAs, hotels and multi leg journeys
• Meeting arrangement, preparation and facilitation
• Expenses
• Project work, including events

THE CANDIDATE

• Team support experience within the finance industry is a must
• An excellently positive nature with a can-do attitude
• Organised, methodical yet creative
• Ability to work well and maintain standards in times of pressure
