Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre Environment and will be first point of call for customers dealing with their enquires ensuring a high end professional service at all times.
You will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls and respond to customers via email and occasionally letter.
Profile
No experience required but we are looking for the below
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Confident on the telephone
An excellent work ethic
Job Offer
Salary of £19500+ fully remote based+ can be based anywhere in the Uk+ option to work in the Leeds office+ no experience required+ full training provided+ reputable business+ excellent progression opportunites+ monday to friday no weekends
