ROLE PROFILE EA
CORPORATE BUSINESS
To support the CEO of a global Executive Search firm across all aspects of his corporate and retail businesses alongside his personal life.
Act as a point of contact for the global management team to access the CEO availability. Building relationships with them and understanding their requirements to ensure that they get what is required for them to execute their strategy/roles.
Manage the CEO diary across four timezones
Understand the business strategy and focus to assist in CEO time management and planning; determine priority of matters and mange stakeholders expectations promptly.
Maintain a record of important company milestones; remind CEO to acknowledge them arranging gifts and celebrations where required.
End to end plans for scheduled dinners; from travel to and from, communication about location to stakeholders to reservations and cinfirmations.
Organisation for all meetings in the diary presenting a summary/brief before the meeting to ensuring that a follow up is monitored
Management of a complex variation of projects across the business and manage the connection and overlap with other businesses and personal life.
Serve as the eyes and ears within the business
Act as a brand ambassador for the CEO
RETAIL BUSINESS
As a start up company you will be responsible for supporting the stakeholder in a variety of projects within the business from social media strategy to photography and customer interaction.
Ensuring that the business is moving forward and updating the stakeholder weekly on developments within the business.
PERSONAL
Understanding the complexity of a large family with children ageing from 3 to 22 and ensuring that the family get what they need from the stakeholder in terms of time, dinners and support. Manage the family home in the UK and Dubai including upgrade projects and developments each location is prepared for arrival of the family.
Manage flight bookings from end to end to include all aspects; getting to teh airport, ensuring seat allocations are as expected, meals on flight if required and all necessary paperwork is complete.
Manage end to end holiday bookings as above.
Have a strong ability to project manage; following up is key and not letting tasks or projects lapse or delay in progressing
Managing specific events such as parties or celebrations.
Day to day support in administration
Handle and prioritise household correspondence; maintaining an electronic filing system. Conduct research and be able to find solutions based on the families requirements and objectives.
THE CANDIDATE
Ideally based in Dubai you will be flexible to work international hours will be based between an office/CEO home and WFH is an option.
Willing to travel to London and Internationally when required.
Over 4 years experience working for Board Level Stakeholder in a complex environment Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
Ability to work under pressure and be instantly responsive understanding what to prioritise communication skills are very important and understanding how to manage your projects when the stakeholders are often very busy and therefore out of contact
