PA for Emerging Fashion Brand

We are looking for a skilled PA  to assist a busy creative director with his day to day business and personal affairs.  Based from offices in Notting Hill , you will be responsible for anything and everything required to make the day run smoothly. The Principal is kind, hard working and looking for a real right-hand in the business. This is a true 1 to 1 support role in a leading and highly successful luxury company. Fast paced, exciting and rewarding.

You will be responsible for

• Diary management
• Travel Planning
• Liaising with luxury brands/clients
• Any ad-hoc duties related to the CEO
• Setting up zooms
• Working through time zones
• Personal support
• Travel with the Principal 
• Social media posts

We require

• At least 4 years as a PA
• Luxury goods, beauty, fashion background a MUST
• Someone who can work unsupervised and still deliver results
• Good knowledge of London 
• Someone discreet, loyal and hard working
• Social media savvy
