Days: Monday – Friday 

Hours: 9am – 6pm (24/7 on call) 

Salary: £80k Gross Per Annum

Location: London / Bangladesh

We are looking for an exceptional EA who has experience in both a private and business capacity to travel with a female entrepreneur who lives between London and Bangladesh. 

The principal will be living between London and Bangladesh and you will be required to travel with for up to 4 months per year. You will be extremely well polished and professional while managing the daily functions of the principal’s calendar, looking after both her business and private affairs. You will be liaising with multiple companies and contacts on the principal’s behalf and will be able to manage large projects, family business affairs and company assets with confidence. 

You will be a quick thinker and go getter, confident working in a fast paced and demanding environment. You will responsible for managing the long-term travel calendar and will act as her right-hand and gatekeeper with a great black book of contacts.

You will be very flexible, confident but discreet and respectful to the principal’s personal life. You must have great attention to detail, be very organised to ensure tasks are completed on time and generally be able to make the impossible, possible. Experience in fashion and the creative industry is advantageous!

To be considered for this role you must.

• Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Private and Business PA
• Have a valid passport
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Have excellent contactable references
• Be degree educated
