EA to Founders - Hospitality

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and driven EA to support to Founders or a luxury hospitality brand! Every day will be different and exciting with this incredibly varied role. The position requires flexibility as you will be travelling with the two founders and working out of various locations in central London. This job is perfect for someone who has a passion for the hospitality industry as well as providing first class EA support. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a vibrant personality but is also professional and discreet.

The role:

• Full diary and inbox management for two Founders
• Ad Hoc support to the MD
• Preparing Board packs
• Booking in travel in domestic and international
• Personal PA duties - Shopping, managing subscriptions
• Dealing with invoices, expenses
• Speaking to stakeholders and drafting important emails to investors
• Dealing with contractors and suppliers on behalf of founders
• Booking meetings with clients
• Being an incredibly strong gate keeper and managing time effectively
