My client is an international financial services firm with a great reputation. They have a number of offices around the World and a boutique office in Frankfurt, Germany. Their team is made up of Investment professionals at various levels and they are looking to bring on a PA.
They are an impressive, successful team with a ready sense of humour. They are looking to bring on board a M/T German speaker or M/T English who is bilingual in German.
Some of the key duties include, but are not limited to:
* Diary and travel management for the team
* Being first point of contact for issues relating to the office
* Supporting the global HR Division
* Managing supplier contracts
* Putting in place and maintaining office procedures
This is a wonderful opportunity to work as part of a successful team for a top tier company in the financial services space.
