We have a fantastic role based in the City of London starting in August and will run for 7-8 months. This position offer hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.  The role offers an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the Chairman of an entrepreneurial, international finance firm with a strong market reputation. This role is mainly focused on business support with some personal assistance required. 

What You Will Do

EA responsibilities supporting the Chairman will include:
  • Managing a busy diary and calendar of appointments, plus monitoring his email inbo
  • Arranging all travel including complex arrangements with detailed itineraries 
  • Preparing and updating an itemised schedule and related paperwork, and communicating any changes to keep him informed
  • Corresponding and communicating directly on behalf of the Chairman with board members, senior staff and clients, as well as with personal acquaintances and business relationships
  • Researching, prioritising and following up on any issues concerning the Chairman
  • Obtaining and preparing research for company and client visits/calls
  • Producing and editing regular macro reports, including the procurement of charts, graphs and data from various sources
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and analysts
  • Overseeing a variety of administrative tasks including compiling agendas, expenses, reports and documents
  • Providing support and cover for other EAs at the firm, including holiday and absence coverage as needed
  • Special projects including property management or research
  • Private support to the family as required
