We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to join a fast-paced HR team working for a superb fin-tech company based in central London. This is a full-time role, and the company is offering hybrid work with three days on-site and the remaining two days at home. The placement will be for around 2 months starting in July and running through to September.
The Role:
This role will see you working as part of a close-knit team responsible for employees across various office locations. You will be involved in recruitment procedures, as well as ad-hoc administration for the team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will have a self-motivated attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving. Experience with HR systems is desirable, but not essential.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding to employee enquiries
- Completing candidate referencing and security checks
- Sending out contracts and offer letters
- Preparing and executing training for new employees
- Coordinating meetings
- Updating the database to ensure all records are correct
- Coordinating and acting as the point of contact with pension providers, suppliers and contractors
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will have a self-motivated attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving. Experience with HR systems is desirable, but not essential.

- Proven experience in a similar role within an HR department
