A fantastic communications group with amazing offices in the heart of London is looking for an upbeat and proactive PA/Office Manager to join their friendly team. With HR and culture elements too, this role is based on reception and fully office-based, so you must be happy with this. If you have experience within a creative environment, you love being organised and have previous office administration and PA experience, read on!

In this varied and busy role in a creative environment where no two days are the same, as PA/Office Manager you will have autonomy over the office space, and the opportunity to get heavily involved in culture and events. Your duties will include the below:

  • Managing the reception area, welcoming guests and answering any calls
  • Covering the PA to CEO’s annual leave, and assisting with PA duties on a regular basis
  • Looking after the office space, ensuring it looks tip top and bringing ideas on any improvements
  • Managing all the room bookings and ensuring meetings are running to schedule
  • Working alongside HR on the onboarding of new staff
  • Getting involved in the company culture and organising social events
  • Communicating regularly with the building manager and team
  • Managing the mobile phone contracts
  • Keeping files of all health and safety documents, seating and office plans
  • Ordering office supplies to include stationery, furniture and catering for meetings
  • Undertaking health and safety duties including risk assessments, ensuring fire warden and first aid training is up-to-date
  • Processing senior management’s expenses
