This is a new role for a Client Assistant offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a high end, luxurious, research company specialising in medicine. The role would be supporting an exception client service team to look after our UHNW members. Prior experience in the luxury sector is advocated but we do not require any medical experience at all.

The successful candidate will be ruthlessly efficient with unparalleled attention to detail and exacting standards. We require someone who can demonstrate exceptional communication skills and is highly organised. We would like someone who sees the benefit in always striving for excellence and is prepared to go above and beyond at every turn.

Role: Client Assistant

Reporting to: Client Director

Salary: £30,000-45,000 dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Full Time 9-5; Occasional work outside of hours so flexibility required

The successful candidate will have prior experience of the UHNW field and should show experience and proficiency in all the following areas:

* Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

* A understanding of the UHNW lifestyle and the standards they require; where they eat, who they use to travel etc

* Exceptional personal presentation

* Ability to work with and contribute to administrative processes, making recommendations for improvements

* Confidence with all in-office-use IT packages and an ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and software including those tailored specifically to meet the needs of the medical community

* An ability to take initiative and work under pressure while keeping composure and able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment balancing the competing needs of a client service team

* Possess an 'all hands-on deck' attitude, understanding that as part of a new and young organisation, that a degree of flexibility may always be required

* Strict attention to detail and uncompromising standards around confidentiality

* An interest in the field of health and wellbeing
