The growth of this business is off the chart. There are new people joining all the time and your Principal is juggling a whole mountain of tasks and as a result needs an EA to basically plan out, organise and manage both business and personal life.

You will put in new process and procedures for making the Principal’s life efficient and focused – they have never had an EA before so the role is yours to create from the ground up, utilising all your skills and experience and also growing with the role as the business quite literally goes global.

Work is the main focus, although as the Principal has a young family there is considerable assistance required in order to make life in general run seamlessly. This is an all-encompassing Assistant role where you will need to build a really solid working relationship based on trust.

As the business is tech, the vibe isn’t corporate, but the pace is faster than most people have experienced before, so being reactive and happy to pivot within what is an ever-changing environment is key.
