Super-organised Administrator required to join an established investment office in the heart of the West End.

Supporting a Head of Department and the wider team with travel, coordination and general administrative tasks, this role is busy and varied, and would suit someone with previous administrative experience, looking to gain further travel exposure.

Administrator tasks include:

  • Booking travel, accommodation, flights, hotels, transport
  • Coordinating meetings, liaising with internal departments
  • Answering internal calls and emails, dealing with enquiries, requests and queries across the business
  • Providing administrative and general support to the Head of Department
  • Updating, scanning, filing and copying documents
  • Updating in-house systems
  • Ad hoc requests

Administrator person specification:

  • Personable, articulate and polished
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Emotionally intelligent
  • 3 years + administrative or PA experience
  • Must have experience in booking travel
