Private PA

A special opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and creative Private PA to look after a celebrity fashion stylist, beauty and lifestyle entrepreneur. This Private PA role will be split between providing private support, as well as supporting the young and dynamic Founder directly with her own personal brands. This PA will be an integral part of the tight knit team, providing unparalleled assistance in this fast-paced and creative environment whilst working alongside high profile UHNWs. This fun and rewarding Private PA role will require you to wear many hats – no two days will be the same, and you will need to be a hardworking, highly organised and determined PA with the ability to be one step ahead at all times with a strong eye for detail.

This varied PA role will include duties such as:

• Diary and meeting management
• Household management
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and actioning follow ups
• Organising and working on set of photo and video shoots
• Liaising with VIPs
• Running errands, personal shopping, refunds/PR returns, gift purchasing and delivery
• Ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will have some private PA experience, and although expectations are high, the principal is incredibly kind, caring and down to earth, who looks after her team and rewards hard work.

Core office hours are Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm, hybrid between remote and the principal’s home office in North London, bonus, 25 days holidays + other benefits.
