An opportunity for someone with a background in HR systems to take on a role which offers a good deal of autonomy in administering the firm's HR systems.
The firm in question is one of the City's most impressive mid range international law firms, large enough to have achieved a global spread, they are still able to offer a 'local feel' and the opportunity for the successful candidate to join a firm where individuals are important and their personal input is valued.
The role is all about monitoring and reviewing existing systems, undertaking research and evaluation of new alternatives, helping with change management plans and managing and deploying upgrades and enhancements.
