Global Mayfair private equity company has as an exceptional opportunity to hire a fast-track EA to work along side a senior EA who supports the Global Head you will assist her with projects as well as supporting two Directors. An exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be mentored by a senior C-Suite EA and develop their experience in this field.
Day to day duties will involve organising extensive itineraries, diary management across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings, entertainment and event booking, managing a CRM system and adhoc projects.
Candidate profile:
Personal competencies:
* Credible and reliable individual
* Flexibility in working hours
* Confidentiality and discretion at all times
* Proven capability for multi-tasking
Qualifications
· A minimum of 3 years PA experienced required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
· Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
· Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent salary, bonus and flexible working 1 day from home !
