A prestigious boutique leadership development firm in Chelsea are looking for an organised Team Assistant/Administrator to provide support to the COO and Operations Manager, across all areas of the business helping to ensure the smooth running of the business and its processes.
They are a very friendly team with a very low turnover of staff and they offer progression.
Responsibilities -
- Meetings - Organise Partner/team meetings – send diary invites, prepare agendas, take minutes and prepare follow ups to meetings
- Salesforce: - Work closely with the GMG Team Assistant to ensure salesforce reports are accurate
- Events: - Help with logistics management of Forum dinners/breakfasts including researching venues, making bookings, catering arrangements, preparing information for guests etc.
- HR Administration and project support including preparing new joiners packs, helping with onboarding new joiners - Mentor contract renewal and recruitment
- Be the Workplace Health & Safety Officer
- Partner with BD team members to provide project coordination support
- Create and circulate internal communications including BD updates to Faculty
This is a varied role which is integral in the organization and requires a highly organized and skilled candidate who can provide an exceptional level of coordination and management across a number of areas.
This is a warm, friendly and professional team with a lovely working culture. The role is hybrid working from home and their office on Kings Road, Chelsea.
