The Client:

VWA have taken on an exciting new opportunity with a leading, high-performance, corporate services consultancy. With their London office based in the heart of Mayfair, this global firm is looking for a new team member to cover Reception & Office Support.

The Reception & Office Support Role:

Reception & Office Support duties will involve, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing all day-to-day office operations
  • Welcoming all visitors, organising post, and distributing visitor passes
  • Answering the phone and screening calls
  • Ongoing liaison and negotiation with external parties
  • Managing of suppliers
  • Maintaining a high level of stock throughout the office
  • Co-ordination of booking meetings and monitoring meeting rooms and equipment
  • Supporting with facilities related duties

This role will also require the successful candidate to provide overflow support to the current Personal Assistants across various teams with the following:

  • Arranging extensive international travel for the business heads
  • Complex internal and external diary management
  • Drafting PowerPoint presentations
  • Ad hoc administration

The successful Reception & Office Support candidate will:

  • Be highly organised with a proactive approach to their work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be highly personable and service orientated
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Have prior experience in a corporate administrative support role
  • Ideally have prior experience of working in a global organisation
  • Have excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook
