We are seeking an enthusiastic, all-round office star to support this buzzy and friendly recruitment company with their general administration and international travel coordination. The ideal candidate will have a positive, engaging manner and be consistently hardworking and proactive and join a supportive and social team.

You will provide general administrative support to the recruitment function, and arrange appropriate modes of travel, such as flights, trains, and rental cars, as well as making reservations at hotels for an international candidate base.

The key responsibilities include -

Logistics/Travel:

  • Responsible for sourcing, organising, booking, tracking, and handling travel requests
  • Ensure that travel needs are met within the constraints of the travel budget of the client
  • Communicate with travellers, clients, and travel suppliers, making sure that the travel suppliers understand what requirements must be met and review all of the bookings for accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and policy adherence
  • Providing and researching travel options and providing final itineraries to travellers and other stakeholders
  • Liaising with other travel coordinators (both internal and external) as and when required
  • Providing support letters for travel and assisting with visa applications
  • Become main the point of contact for travellers mobilising and demobilising from projects across the globe

Administrative:

  • CV Formatting
  • Issuing purchase orders and contracts for clients and freelancers
  • Online management of job postings and vacancies
  • Candidate management and administration on CRM database
  • Managing the main company e-mail address
  • Producing customer feedback reports
  • Office facilities management
  • Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Graduate, ideally with a business degree but not essential
  • Hardworking, independent, proactive and demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Enthusiastic and friendly manner, ability to work within a team
