Conservatory Administrator

Do you have previous experience working within the glazing industry, offering exceptional customer service to customers? We are looking for someone to join a successful uPVC glazing manufacturer who can to look after their own customer base and service customers end to end journey through Quoting, Order Processing, Part Ordering, logistic alignment, whilst always offering the best customer service.

Ideally you will possess a good understanding of Conservatory Roofs and will be able to provide product advice and support however it is not essential and product training will be given. It is essential however that you have worked within the fenestration sector and have sound knowledge of the industry as a whole.

You will act as first point of contact to provide immediate and thoughtful support to new and existing customers via email or phone communication, always ensuring that all customers are dealt with fairly and consistently. You will log and investigate customer queries and requests to issue suitable recommendations that support both the customer's and the company's best interests.

You will also assist to accurately interpret customer drawings and requests, to help design multiple glazing product solutions including conservatory roofing systems to the customer's expectation in accordance with the timings and stipulations detailed within the Service Level.
