HR Administrator | 20hrs Flexible between Mon - Fri | GBP12,000 | Kirkby
Are you looking for a part time role?
We are currently recruiting for a human resources administrator to work as part of a busy manufacturing company in Kirkby. The purpose of thus role is to support the HR activities of the company and deal with HR related documentation associated with the employee and HR tasks.
Reporting to the HR manager the role will include tasks such as -
- Support day to day admin of HR related documents
- Organise meetings
- Process incoming mail
- Compile spreadsheets and reports when required
- Support the maintenance of current HR files and databases
To be considered for this role we require someone with skills such as -
- CIPD level 3 or working towards
- Experience of working within a HR environment
- Background in administration
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
