Sales Administrator- Manufacturing sector

In this role you will be working in a small team providing any Administration/Customer service support.

Your role-

• Speaking to customers daily re bespoke quotations and orders
• Liaising with fabrication and other internal departments when compiling quotes
• Respond to general enquiries and updating customers on manufacture lead times
• Resolve queries and complaints
• Applying your training of technical knowledge to the role with ample training on offer

The ideal candidate will -

• Excellent communication skills.
• Eager to learn new skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/engineering company.
• Keen eye for detail.
