Customer Service Advisor

On behalf of our reputable client based in Crewe we are looking for a candidate for a Customer Service Advisor role to work on the show room floor carrying out tasks such as product sales and helping to arrange showroom deliveries. Also, occasionally supporting the web sales customer service team by answering inbound emails and live chats, providing customers with updates or contacting suppliers, and helping to pick and dispatch parcels.

This is a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30am to 5pm & on a Sunday 10am to 4pm.
