Senior HR Business Partner
Job Details
We are excited to once again be working with an established educational/charity organisation who are seeking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner.
In this exciting new role you will play an active role providing HR leadership to dedicated areas of this organisation. You will be an integral member of the management team, contributing to and influencing the development of the business agenda and strategy.
In this role as Senior HR Business Partner you will be:
* Reporting to the HR Manager who is very supportive!
* Implementing the People Plan and undertake talent mapping across your area working with senior leaders
* You will build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues from across the organisation to strengthen HR involvement in people related matters
* Lead on various strategic change projects
To be successful in this role of Senior HR Business Partner you will need:
* A CIPD qualification
* Experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in a Business Partner role
* Experience of working with stakeholders across a multi site organisation;
* Experience of developing workforce plans that reflect organisational and departmental needs;
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
* Business planning, performance management and change management experience
