HR Generalist | Welshpool-area | Permanent | GBP(phone number removed) per annum | 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday
The organisation
A rapidly growing multi-site operation with a workforce in excess of 400 personnel. The business is growing and as such they've identified the need for a dedicated HR Generalist to take ownership of HR processes, policies, change initiatives and payroll support.
The opportunity
A fantastic opportunity to join an established business in a newly created role. There is real scope for you to drive change, implement initiatives and drive the business forward. Supported by external HR/legal team, you will be supported in your role with an external network to ensure compliance and best practice.
You will:
* Review contracts and update ADP with employee data
* Support with weekly payroll cover
* Review offer templates, recruitment processes, absence records, benefits information etc.
* Support with the implementation of soft HR services such as Employee Relations
* Support managers with recruitment and onboarding
* Handling day to day HR queries
The individual
We are looking for an ambitious and passionate HR professional to take full ownership of HR. You will receive training and external guidance but should have the gravitas and aptitude to successfully execute new HR policies and processes across the business, working with multiple stakeholders.
