An exciting, challenging and newly created Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator has arisen supporting the Energy Analytics Team of a well-established Consultancy Firm in the West End.

Offering hybrid working (just 2 days in the office), they are looking for a confident, professional and switched-on candidate can work at speed, can juggle many tasks at once and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Supporting a team of circa 15 who have recently acquired an energy research provider in Paris and who are looking to branch our further in Europe, this is a really exciting time to join them.

As the EA/Project Coordinator with the team, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate internal and external events
  • Assist with coordinating, drafting and preparing key internal documents and comms
  • Monitor and analyse project costs
  • Liaise with internal recruitment teams for ongoing recruitment and coordination of onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
  • Manage complex and rapidly changing diaries for the Principals and Partners in the team
  • Provide administrative support across a breadth of projects
  • Work with the team to enable the implementation of key processes, workflows, learnings and project audit approaches across the team’s work
