We are seeking a PA / Sales Coordinator to my Construction Client in East Grinstead, West Sussex.

Key Duties

Provide excellent customer care
Excellent communication with other departments
Update delivery dates, track deliveries
Follow leads through marketing, advertising and meeting with customers
Great understanding of products, services and overall objectives
Flexible with working Saturdays and Open Days
Attend weekly and monthly meetings
Diary management
Meet financial targets
Customer service Monitoring and following up all general sales enquiries
Administrative and organisational duties
Follow up planning/ building regulation application and liaising with the planning authorities and technical departmentExperience in the following needed:

Understanding of Microsoft office
Experience in sales environment
Organised and administration experience
Willingness to work out of office hours
Experience in customer service with great communication skills
Previous experience in the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
