HR Partner

We are currently recruiting for our client who are a leading manufacturer. They are currently looking to appoint a People lead for their busy site to work closely with the site leadership team to drive the overall people agenda.
Leading a small team you will be responsible for the day to day HR operations at site but more importantly you will be driving the cultural agenda, including projects around staff engagement and attraction as well as driving the upskilling of teams on site and ensuring talent development and future succession planning.
My client are a true believer in a strong HR partnership and the benefits that this can bring to the overall business results, they are looking for a collaborative approach.
In order to be considered for this role you must have demonstrable experience of delivering a HR agenda within a fast paced manufacturing environment, be CIPD qualified and have a real passion for improvement of processes and policies
