Page Personnel are working hand in hand with this fantastic Legal Services business to recruit for an experienced legal secretary to join their team.

This role would ideally suit someone who has worked within a law business previously, however someone with strong administration & typing skills would still be considered.

This business is based across the Wirral and Liverpool area, boasting two fantastic offices. This role will based in the Wirral office.. Description

This Legal Secretary role will involve but not be limited to the following duties:

• Audio typing
• Dealing with legal documentation
• Preparing court documents & bundles
• Dealing with queries
• Arranging telephone consultations
• Collate & record documentation from clients
• Collect and retrieve information from files as needed
• Create, format, revise and edit legal documents
• Ad hoc admin

Profile

The successful Legal secretary will require the following:

• Previous experience in a Legal secretary role would be ideal
• Experience and or knowledge in conveyancing is a MUST
• Audio typing skills
• Previous experience working in law would be advantageous
• Hard working
• Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
• Great attention to detail
• Good organisation skills
• Pristine telephone manner

Job Offer

• GBP18,000 - GBP19,500 dependant on experience
