An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Office Manager from a corporate background, to join our client in the heart of Central Oxford. This Office Manager position will encompass three main areas including Office, Facilities and Events Management.

Office Manager Responsibilities

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for:

Support the COO with the company premises and overseeing the facilities and relationship providers
Work closely with the CEO's PA and provide support where necessary
Train and develop an Office Assistant
Provide additional support to administrative functions including filing, financial management, and day to day tasks
Work closely with Head of Technology in relation to systems and building security
HR tasks including updating company policies and performance reviews
Office Manager Experience

This would be the perfect opportunity for someone with similar Office Management experience in a client facing and fast paced corporate environment. Ideally with high levels of demonstrable experience across facilities, events, and HR within corporate or financial services. Ability to work proactively, positively and as part of a small team is essential and capability of managing an extremely diverse workload. An experienced Line Manager, this person will be professional, approachable and possess excellent communication skills. Significant experience across planning and organisation would be advantageous and exposure to financial support, IT and Events would an additional bonus. A strong user on MS Office would be essential, and confidence with technology, AV equipment and CRM systems is highly desirable.

Location

This position is office based in Central Oxford, they have no parking available to staff however, there are very accessible public transport links with the train station being close by. This is fully office based, Monday to Friday. Please ensure you are local and can easily commute to Oxford.
