Technical sales advisor role in a close knit team working in the production and sale of Optometric and Ophthalmic instruments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls directed to the Service/Support team
- Direct technical/service enquiries to relevant engineer
- Manage service contracts (managing enquiries, quotations, and orders)
- Manage NHS Supply Chain and other NHS contracts (enquiries / applications)
- Manage MHRA Device Regulations (enquiries / applications)
- Utilising CRM system when dealing with customers / contacts
- General administration tasks as required
- Ensure office procedures and policies are adhered to

Skills / Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and workload independently - able to work to deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Professional phone manner
- Experience in dealing with quote information and product specifications

Preferred
- Experience with a CRM system
- Medical device industry experience
- Experience in a business supplying the NHS with goods / services
