HR Assistant/Administrator - 3 months FTC - could be extended

Wonderful chance for someone to join a wonderful SME bank in the City as HR Administrator for their very busy HR team. This would be the perfect opportunity for someone pursuing a career in HR to gain broad exposure to HR within the Finance industry. You will need to have previous experience delivering administrative support in high-performance culture - ideally within HR - maybe you have been a Team Assistant in HR?? CIPD would be great (but NOT essential). A busy role with lots of duties:-

  • Schedule interviews and collate feedback
  • Draft employment contracts/offer letters
  • Support HR Director and Associate with administration
  • Maintain employee information in HR database
  • Assist with Payroll/Benefits Admin
  • HR Projects - updating HR Handbook, promotion of employee benefits etc.

Hours 9 - 5 and this is an Office based role - stunning City offices where staff are very well looked after. This would be on a temp basis or 3 month contract with completion bonus and every opportunity it could be extended.
