This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and driven EA to join this leading intellectual property law firm in their lovely modern City-based office. Primarily supporting the Executive Partner, as well as the Chairman, we are looking for an exceptional EA who is extremely organised, super proactive and has experience building strong relationships. As this is a new EA role, we are looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking, and successful EA who can hit the ground running and take control on all aspects of a traditional EA role, as well as thriving off the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc project work.

With a fantastic company culture and very high staff retention levels, this is an extremely exciting time to join this high-performing firm as they continue to grow their offices in both the UK and further afield. For an exceptional EA, this role requires someone who can become a real right hand to the Executive Partner, as well as the wider Executive Committee when required.

Typical EA duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Organisation and preparation for Partners and Executive Committee meetings
  • Preparing presentations, agendas, reports and other documents to support the company objectives
  • Conduct research and gather data
  • Provide ad hoc project support to various Heads of Departments
  • Complex diary management
  • Travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Draft and prepare internal communications and correspondence

Ready to be a real right hand and an integral part of the team, we are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting at C-Suite level, with a flexible, adaptable, and hard-working nature.

The ideal candidate will also require experience working within a private practice firm.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm
Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office, based in the City
