What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Managing customer communications including newsletters, event invitations and in-app communications
• Managing all digital customer events, including developing landing pages, distributing invitations, updating the wider team on plans and running the Zoom on the day
• Assuming responsibility for all in-person customer events; sourcing and booking venues, catering and guest speakers
• Liaising with copywriters to distribute the company customer newsletters

The skills you need to bring:

• 2-3 years’ experience working with B2B marketing technology, such as Mailchimp, Hubspot and Zoom
• A genuine team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to take the initiative
• The ability to manage projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
• First-rate attention to detail and patience to verify the accuracy of your work
• Knowledge and interest in the world of business and technology
