Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Manager in Bolton are:

managing all end-to-end recruitment across the business
reviewing and implementing benefits packages
working with managers to develop an effective people strategy
creating a performance management framework/incentive scheme
implementing new systems
reviewing and updating policies and procedures
identifying training requirements
offering support to and coaching managers
developing a workplace culture
managing HR projects

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

previous experience in an HR Advisor role or above
strong knowledge of employment law
excellent communication skills both written and verbal
ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
eager to offer ideas/ways of improvement
computer literate in MS Office and HRIS
experience in manufacturing/engineering/tech desirableJob Offer
