Boutique Finance
We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join a boutique investment banking firm based in Mayfair, London! Our client will need a Receptionist who is organised and great attention to detail. For this role, little Receptionist experience is desirable.
Job type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £30,000
Hours: 9am - 5
Main responsibilities:
- Check with reception for post and pass along to the appropriate people
- Periodically check meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy
- Manage office stock levels
- Weekly orders of stock
- Newsletter profile
- Associate expenses
- Travel bookings for Associates, Analysts and Analyst intern
- Recruitment scheduling
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding
- Event assistant
- Booking meeting rooms
- Ad-hoc admin tasks
