HR Manager
Ashley Kate HR are partnering with a leading charity client on a HR Manager opportunity. Based on site in Loughborough you will be an experienced operational HR lead reporting directly to the People Director.
Managing a team of 3, you will be highly commercially focused and be responsible for looking at the business needs providing practical HR solutions in line with the organisations planned development. You will be partnering with Director on the culture of the business as they are going on a continual journey around high performance. With growth plans in place you will need to be comfortable with all aspects of recruitment and working alongside agencies, whilst at all times focusing on the best commercial decisions in line with business strategy.
Management development will be a key focus for the business and so a background in this side will be advantageous. You will work with the People Director on key projects around the overarching people strategy, including compensation & benefits, training & development, employee engagement and a well being strategy. You will develop processes to manage and provide reports on key HR data, manage appraisal systems and be involved in the implementation of a new HR/Payroll system for the business.
HR Manager - About you
Proven background working at a senior HR operational level and experience of managing a team.
CIPD qualified or equivalent would be desirable.
Previous experience of developing and delivering a HR and strategy
Strong UK Employment Law Knowledge
Exceptional at building relationships, communication & excellent leadership skills
Prior involvement in influencing executive & senior managers
