Sales Administrator
GBP20k-GBP25k per annum
Grays, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
*MUST drive & have access to a vehicle due to the location of the business
My client, a respected market leader within their field, is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to strengthen their sales & customer relation team with the appointment of a new sales professional to be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager.
The organisation has expanded over recent years and they are a driven company focused on growth and business development. It is an exciting time to join and develop your career within their dynamic company.
Key duties will include:
Developing relationships with customers and understanding their project requirements.
Order management and new business development.
Understand the company's products, willing to learn and evolve with the role.
Fulfil administrative tasks such as monthly reports, CRM updates and expenses in a timely fashion.
Meet financial, product, administrative and behavioural targets.
Able to take initiative and solve problems.
Identify opportunities for the company's portfolio of products.Key Skills/Experience Required:
If you have experience in B2B sales, this would be advantageous but not essential.
Collaborative in approach - a team player, end goal focused
Persistent - ability to work towards longer term objectives
Strong verbal ability- able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
Organised, self-motivated, numerate and analytical
