Exceptional opportunity for a junior graduate EA who wishes to accelerate their career trajectory and support at C-suite level.

Fantastic opportunity to operate at the higher echelons of the organisation and offer true 1:1 support to a Chairman.

You will thrive in this role if you are extremely organised, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to form influential relationships quickly. The role requires exceptional IT skills, including MS Office products such as PowerPoint and Excel. Additionally you will be confident and able to take the initiative coupled with excellent time management skills. The ability to adapt priorities to meet deadlines and constantly changing demands are essential, as are accuracy and attention to detail.



Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

*Full inbox and diary management for Chairman
*Screens calls and e-mails, prioritising items for response and answering routine
enquiries. Redirects items as appropriate
*Planning, organising and supporting internal and external meetings and providing
necessary documentation which includes proactively arranging agendas and notes
ahead of meetings in a timely and efficient way
*Acting, as required, as meeting secretary, recording and distributing notes, actions
and following up as appropriate
*Booking travel and accommodation for international travel where required
*Providing project administrative support including but not limited to, formatting
documents, reports and presentations
*Manage consolidation monthly reporting requirements for both leaders for various
Executive and Board meetings
*Manage invoicing process and approvals
*Handling confidential information in a discreet, sensitive and diplomatic manner,
ensuring security of access to such information is maintained at all times
*Develop strong relationships with the Executive Team and other key stakeholders
*Provide personal tasks on an adhoc basis


*The successful will be degree educated and have a minimum of 3 years experience as a
PA
*You will be interested in the operations / running of a business and be able to
understand complexity and propose suitable solutions
*Strong interpersonal skills - enjoys interacting with people and creates a positive
and professional impression
*An ability to prioritise is key as is the ability to manage a broad range of tasks
e. diary management through to creative e. event co-ordination and
communications
*The ability to demonstrate attention to detail and pride in their delivery highly
valued
*Ability to work effectively within a team with strong internal networking skills
*Experience working in a large complex organisations
