Reservation Receptionist

Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for a Reservation Receptionistfor one of our prestigious hospitality clients based in Dorking.The key responsibilities and duties of this role are:

• To answer all internal and external telephone calls in a timely professional manner.
• Ability to provide a high standard of service to all visitors of the business, ensuring follow ups are carried out.
• Ensuring all correspondence is kept up to date, such as cancellations, time changes, special requests.
• To assist other department with the correct correspondence in order to have smooth running of the business.
• Ability to carry out administrative tasks such as, filing, making sure all bookings and necessary documents are all kept up to date.
• To work well within a team in order to resolve issues and maintain good service of business.
• Ability to have a positive and proactive approach to revenue development of the company.
• Operational efficiency within all areas of responsibility.
• Ensuring all rooms, table allocation and events are set up and recorded correctly.

The ideal candidate will have a very positive outlook, friendly manner, with experience within a customer service or scheduling background. Strong organisational skills are essential along with time management and efficiency. The hours of work will be shift work of early mornings and evenings and timings are to be confirmed, flexibility in terms of working shifts is essential as you will be expected to work mornings, evenings and some weekends.Own vehicle will also be required due to the location, public transport is extremely limited.The benefits of this role consist of free on site car parking, paid holidays, staff discount, free access to leisure facilities and meals on shift.
