As a part of the Customer Services team, A Customer Service Advisor will play an important role in ensuring all customers and business partners receive excellent service on all interactions through email and live chat. This is not a call centre, telephone environment, although there may be a few number of calls made to support customers who struggle to be online. You'll will need to be professional, have great customer service experience whilst always advocating the company brand.
Communications with customers are varied, but should be the most effective channel for the customer (Social channels, email, and live text chat) to make sure customers are given as prompt and as complete responses as possible.
Previous experience in customer service advisor roles would be beneficial, but the willingness to offer great service is important. Full training will be provided at the Newton Abbot offices.
Hours of work will be 37.5 per week, and will be 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. It will include at least one Saturday or Sunday each week, but the rota will try and ensure you have two clear days off (Friday and Saturday, or Sunday and Monday) each week.
