Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their dynamic and growing team, as Sales & Marketing Administrator.
Working within a fast-paced team, the ideal candidate will be professional, with exceptional customer service skills, an impeccable eye for detail and solid administrative experience. A candidate with this experience in construction/property, sales or marketing is advantageous.
Salary is GBP27,000 - GBP28,000 depending on experience, and there may be room for negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to all members of the Sales & Marketing team
- Respond to all incoming enquiries and upload to the in-house system
- Process reservations, confirmation letters, ensuring all details are correct
- Undertake online checks for approval
- Maintain the internal database system, updating pricing and availability as instructed
- Record recommendation vouchers and arrange payment following completion
- Generate reports
- Provide weekly summary of enquiries and social media stats
- Attend meetings, recording and issuing of minutes
- Ensure regular build stage updates on the customer portal
- Co-ordinate all information for home-owner guides, compile each in readiness for legal completion and ensure all keys labelled, hand over gifts and pack ready
- Order handover gifts for customers, monitor and maintain stock levels
- Attend site events from time to time
- Assist the Marketing Manager with profiling customer data
- Ensure staff and reception area have sufficient stock of brochures and literature
- Assist with launches and events, new build market research for land acquisition reports and regular price reviews
- Set up all meetings for the department including internal and external, booking meeting rooms, liaising with external contacts, ensuring information is circulated in advance if required, greeting external visitors and offering refreshments
- Maintain departmental health & safety file, observe and perform health & safety procedures
- Maintain digital filing system, raise po numbers and follow up invoices
- Other admin duties deemed relevant to support the team
