Office Assistant

Our client, a really fun Recording Studio (with a fabulous history and portfolio of clients) are looking for a confident Office Coordinator to come on board and support a high energy team.

Based in gorgeous offices in Kings Cross, the successful Office Coordinator will be essential for the smooth running of the office and will have the opportunity to support across all departments in the business. The Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact and be crucial in upkeeping their “word class” experience for clients and employees.

This is a very fast paced and dynamic role so all applicants must be quick learners, approachable, with a ‘can do’ attitude and who is ready to muck in.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Ensure the office is presentable and functioning
• Manage the office event and social calendar
• Organise team lunches and events
• Answering and screening any incoming calls
• Schedule and organising meeting rooms
• Arranging international travel
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and organising weekly grocery deliveries
• General business and personal ad hoc tasks

This is an initially a temp role with exciting opportunities for extension so all applicants must be immediately available.
