We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven, confident and ambitious Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Directors of a highly regarded and rapidly growing luxury London property consultancy who works with UHNW and high-profile clients globally. Based in Central London, you will join an existing team of 11, with plans to grow the business by 50% in the coming 12 months. The CEO is incredibly hardworking, driven and therefore very busy, and so requires first-class support in terms of organisation, administration and coordination across his business and private life.

You will also offer support to the Senior Directors and the wider business, in terms of organisation and general admin, office management, and database management. You will also off assistance across all marketing, including events organisation, newsletter coordination and social media management.

Previous administration and/or EA experience is essential for this role, and any additional marketing or social media management experience would also be highly desirable. This is an incredibly fast-paced role, with a great deal of exposure to high profile client interaction, thus someone who is polished, a confident communicator with experience dealing with UHNW clients would excel in this position.

You will be proactive, a self-starter and always two steps ahead - highly organised with exacting attention to detail, and a creative mind with an eloquent writing style. Eager to learn, and driven to excel at everything you do – you will be happy to assist across the board and immerse yourself in the business as a whole. A team player is also a must for this role, along with a flexible approach to duties - as the company scales, your role too will evolve and therefore you will need to adapt and grow within this position.

Usual working hours are 08:30-18:00 Monday to Thursday, and then 09:00 –16:00 on Fridays (with flexibility to work from home on Fridays on occasion).
