Job description

Our client provides expert financial planning, investment management and advisory services. We are looking for a Programme Administrator to join our busy team on a 12 month FTC

Job PurposeTo provide administrative support on projects and programmes including preparation of materials; coordination of activities; diary management; communication and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to programme/project managers and the wider business as directed by the priorities of the projects & programmes.
  • To set up meetings, conference calls, book meeting rooms and other facilities as appropriate, minute meetings and chase up progress with actions.
  • Maintain plans, organise communication activities and support in delivering communication initiatives, including assessing impact and value to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Produce clear and accurate documentation
  • Undertake regularly reporting to the project stakeholders. as required.
  • Assist in identifying, tracking and managing issues and risks
  • Proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Prioritise workload to ensure all activities are timely and conducted in a manner that will meet the agreed performance standards.

Key Skills and Experience

?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good attention to detail.

?? Experience of working in a project environment, desirable

?? Adept at working with colleagues / stakeholders from across all business functions and at third parties in a matrix style.

?? Self-starting and able to get to grips with new projects / concepts quickly.

?? Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.

?? An ability to maintain confidentiality with a high degree of discretion

?? Highly methodical and organised, with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and a high quality output

?? Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio, SharePoint and Project software

Professional Qualifications and Education

?? A basic Project Management qualification, desirable

?? Experience of working within highly regulated industries.Experience of working within the Wealth Management sector
