We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing and admin star to support this buzzy and friendly recruitment company with their general administration and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a positive, engaging manner and be consistently hardworking and proactive and join a supportive and social team.
Responsibilities: 50% split over two functions
Marketing (50% of your time):
- Supporting the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Helping conduct and collate findings from market research
- Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Assisting in the design/distribution of fortnightly newsletters and information
- Producing marketing literature to strengthen the company’s presence in the market
- Reporting on website and social media KPIs and analytics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends
- Providing fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of content
- Coordinating and maintaining all branded merchandise, including inventory management, and ensuring that all new merchandise meets the firms brand guidelines
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media
Administrative (50% of your time):
- Office facilities management
- CV Formatting
- Issuing purchase orders and contracts for clients and freelancers
- Online management of job postings and vacancies
- Candidate management and administration on CRM database
- Managing the main company e-mail address

Requirements:
· Degree qualified (Business, Marketing or Advertising)
· Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
· Fluent in spoken and written English, with a confident phone manner
· Enthusiastic and friendly manner, ability to work within a team
· An excellent eye for detail and good at proof reading
· Excellent time management skills
· Hardworking, independent, and proactive
· High level of computer literacy including familiarity with Social Media platforms / SurveyMonkey / Excel / Word / PowerPoint
- · Experience with Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator / GIMP / or similar is desired
